Attendees who complete the 8 hours course will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Professional Bondsmen of Texas and from our sponsor, Sam Houston State University.

BASIC COURSE - This course covers all aspects of the Texas bail bond law and is basically the same as the course offered in previous years. It is suitable for anyone in the bail bond profession or interested in learning more about the Texas bail bond laws and regulations.

ADVANCED COURSE - This course is designed for individuals who have taken the course in the past but want something a little different. More time will be spent on specific sections of the law our instructors feel important for bondsmen. There will also be panel formats allowing more time for discussion. Like the Basic course, the Advanced Course is suitable for anyone in the bail bond profession.
